Each year BSU puts on a dance showcase called FUSION. All the dance teams and dance clubs at Lehigh are able to showcase what they have been doing so far this semester. This year the event was held at Lamberton and over 300 people from all over campus came out to support. Below are the groups that came out to dance at Fusion, if you love dancing like me (Check out my dance group African Renaissance below) and are wondering how you can balance both being an engineer.
Musical dance performances took place ranging from salsa to step at the annual FUSION dance performance Friday night in Lamberton Hall.
The event was held from 8 to 9:30 p.m. as part of Lehigh University’s International Week.
Seats were packed as students and faculty watched performances from LU’s Dance Team, LU Dancin’, LU’s Finest, Leela, Chinese yo-yo, Latin Dance Club and the Belly Dancing Club.
FUSION is an acronym that stands for “Fostering Unity on Stage In One Night.” The performance is one of the final events each year in the International Week lineup.
The event was co-sponsored by the Black Student Union and the Asian Cultural Society with the help of the Global Union, Dean of Students, Office of Activities and the Office of Multicultural Affairs
